Life's a Beach in Flower Mound. If you sit outside the kids can play in the sand while the adults eat.
I am looking for a fun place to eat and have my son's 2nd birthday. There will only be 3 kids so mainly adults.. I live in the Lewisville area. Any ideas...maybe with outdoor seating... I did the big 1 year birthday with all the guests...trying to keep this one pretty low key while I still can but still want it to be special. The big day is in 2 weeks.

you might think about chucky cheese, not do the birthday package. but their food is cheap and you can get tons of coin coupons on the web.
I'm going to suggest Life's A Beach, also.
Check with local firehouses, churches, even tea houses can be nice for rent. I have a host assistant business- If you would like someone to help you out with set up- tend to guest- keep food trays replenished, take out dessert ans put away food- do whatever it takes to lessen your load- give us a call.

You may do The Magic Time Machine. They are in Addison but it is always fun for adults and the waiters/waitresses dress as different characters.

What about The Rainforest Cafe in Grapevine Mills Mall?
I don't know Lewisville area, we are in Fort Worth. We have a boy, he's 3. We had his 2 year old party at the small train in the Trinity Park area near the Fort Worth Zoo and we took a train ride. They had a covered area with picnic tables and it worked out great.
3rd birthday was 2 days ago and we did it at a covered pavilion in Trinity Park again, near a playground. We let the kids play on the playground and then cake/punch. Then, we went to the Main Firestation and got a tour. Everyone had a great time. Everyone said they loved learning about the firetrucks. FT. Worth Fire Dept did an awesome job!
So, I would try fire station and get a tour there or go to a city park (it is free!). You may want to check with the city about a reservation for a pavilion/tables.
Some Fast Food restaurants have the outdoor play areas. I'm not sure if there is a lot of seats outdoors though. Hope this helps.
We just went to Trail Dust for my niece's birthday. The kids LOVED it with the big slide in there (which your 2 year old would LOVE!). It can be pretty pricy, but we went at lunch when it is much much cheaper. My husband and I each got meals and the kids split a kid's entree and it wasn't much more than the 4 of us going to Chili's.
I live out in Greenville (30 min. NE of Dallas) and we have a 'Pumpkin Patch' place here. I'm sure there are some by you and someone else mentioned it already but you could do hayrides there and our has lots of little things for kids to do....mini-maze, hay-jump (big pile of hay to jump in), swings, etc. It's really fun and very fall-ish. Plus, the little mini pumpkins are a great party gift...I think they're only a couple $ each. They have picnic tables so you could do cake there...do it mid afternoon and you don't have to worry about feeding anyone a meal.
Like I said-I'm describing the one out here but I'm sure there is one like this closer to you. Our's is also a Christmas Tree farm. It's a really special place and sorta our tradition so if you find a place you really like-it could not only be a great birthday party place but also become something special to your family to do every year :)
Magic time machine kids can be loud and even where a costume

I went to a 2 year olds birthday at the pumpkin patch in flower Mound. That was pretty fun. I think I'm going to do that for my 3 year old this year. Adults can ride hayrides and such and get pumpkins for their own house! Just a thought.
