I made fajita's last night & my whole house still smells of it!! What can I do to get rid of the odor??? There is no vent above my stove. What do you do when you cook if you don't have a vent?

Thank you for any help!

So What Happened?

Thank you for your help!

I read about leaving a bowl of vinegar out on the counter & that has helped along with burning a candle. It's just that my senses are very strong & I normally can't stand candles lately.

The scented oils at Bath & Body works are a miracle. They are strong though, so you will probably only want to burn them for a few minutes or you may want to put them in a room that you aren't in constantly. They have a lot of different scents and I'm sure you can find one that is light enough for you.

I boil some cinnamon sticks in a huge pot and it takes the smell away.

Febreeze True Air works well over my diaper pail. It can probably work for cooking smells too. You can find it at Target, usually in the hardware area for under $20. I know a few women who love it.
