Hello--I am 22 weeks pregnant with twins and am moving to the Nashville area. I'll be living in Franklin but want to deliver at Centennial or Baptist. Looking for a great OB/GYN. I'm 40 years old and somewhat high risk. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

What can I do next?

Hi,
I delivered twins at Centennial 6 years ago. I would recommend Dr.Morgan and/or Dr.Blake at Tennessee Women's Care. http://www.twcpc.net/tennessee-womens-doctors
They have grown in number of doctors since I was there, but regardless, I would still recommend Dr.Morgan who delivered my twin girls. :-)

Everyone says how great Baptist is for delivering babies, but Centennial is more intimate and gave me and my babies lots of extra attention.

p.s. I moved to Franklin from Nashville and LOVE it. :-)

Dr. Roseann Maikis is wonderful. She has been my ob/gyn for over 10 years. She specializes in high risk pregnancies. I credit her for helping me get pregnant, carry my daughter full term, and saving both our lives during an emergency C-section. She is very thorough and careful. She does surgeries at Centennial and delivers babies at Baptist.

I was in your situation. A coworker of my husband recommended Sharon Norman at Baptist. She's awesome, and if she's not the right for there are about 6 other physicians at that practice. Nicole Schlechter is in that practice also. All awesome doctors. ###-###-####. Hope it helps! (BTW, I was also AMA and considered high risk because of autoimmune disease.)
