sure you are not pregnant? if not probably just a bug of some sort. drink plenty of fluids and rest and see if you feel better in a couple days.
here are my symptoms. I have had them since Monday night. Dizzy, Nauses and some what tired. I threw up once Monday night and have not anymore. Do I have the flu or could I possible be dehydrated? Please help not sure how much more of the nauseousness I can take. Thanks!
We have machines to tell us if we have a leak. My husband had his thing snipped so we could not have any more babies. I am leading to a bug but if it is not better by Monday I will call my dr. Thanks for everybody's help.
Well I am feeling a lot better. I still get light headed but the nausea is not as bad. I think a lot of it had to do with a bug on top of my anxiety. if things don't get better I will be talking to my doctor.

It's either the flu or the "nine month flu"! If you're still feeling lousy after 3-5 days call the doctor to make sure. Dehydration can sneak-up on you and can make you sick for a while!
If you get a severe headache go to the emergency room. . If you don't get better, see your doctor. Hope you feel better soon.
It sounds similar to what was going around our house a couple of weeks ago. About 24 hours of vomiting and about a week of diarrhea. I hardly ate anything for about 3 days. Be sure to drink lots so you don't get dehydrated.
You might also want to take a pregnancy test even though your hubby got "snipped". I know someone who has had two babies since her hubby was snipped. It is possible for things to grow back!
The way to know if you're dehydrated is to drink plenty of fluids, water preferably. If the nausea goes away then you can suspect it was dehydration. since you vomited the one time, I suspect it is a bug. The one that my family had a couple of weeks ago that sounds similar lasted about a weak at it's worst.
You could have the flu or be dehydrated, but dehydration would probably not cause vomiting. I'd see you Dr. and ask about vertigo?
Good luck... sounds miserable!
The doctor would be the way to go. It could be many things including inner ear infection, a spinal problem that a chiropractor could fix and even loose "rocks" in the head.. a problem my husband had that the doctor explained it that way... where he would get dizzy and sick to his stomach if he looked up at all and it could be heart or lung trouble.
