Is it just me or has it been nearly 24 hours since anyone posted?
Weird!
Just hoping everyone is having a wonderful holiday weekend and enjoying themselves.
I had a lovely holiday week. All 7 of my grand kids were here. The foster family that adopted 2 of my grand kids came with their bunch (They still foster kids), my ex and his wife brought the 2 grand kids they are raising, and my daughter came up on Tuesday with the 1 she still has. So it was a hectic day., Even my father in law was able to join us.
We had a grand time. The food was good of course, I love turkey and had this one smoked. Everyone brought their own favorites but I still missed the taste of my sister's dressing. She's a Jehovah's Witness and won't participate in holiday dinners like this. I'm going to have to go to her house for dinner some time and ask her to make it I guess.
Anyway, we played games and ate and ate. It was such a beautiful day outside the kids hardly came in.
I couldn't have asked for a better day. Truly wonderful.
So, now it's on to Christmas and planning more family time.
I was sort of hoping the lack of questions meant that everyone was having a good time and had nothing to write about...

It has been quiet here. It's so much nicer than a bunch of trolls filling the airwaves though :)
Been spending time with family and taking it easy around here. Have a little lazy downtime at the moment so thought I'd check in.

I thought for sure this was going to be about the lack of trolls, but now that you mentioned it there wasn't much new for me to look at. Darn pesky holidays - getting in the way of my mamapedia time!

Yeah, I noticed the same thing. Also it seems there are less questions as a whole.
Everyone must be busy and or shopping or with family. I should've been busy, but been sick and just tired and lazy lately.
