New to Texas Need Evening Babysitter Couple Nights a Month!

You might also think about setting up a "co-op" with somebody where you take turns watching each other's kids (that is...if you meet another couple that has a similar situation that is interested in date nights). We have been switching off with some friends that have 3 kids, and we have 2 kids. The kids love it because they all get to play together and every other week (or so) we get a date. Just a thought...

Welcome to Texas ! I can relate I moved here too from out of state and its hard when you need someone to watch your kids that you can trust while your away. I offer a Home Childcare and offer date night and drop in service in our home. I have a son thats 2 1/2 and a daughter thats 16 months. So, I am sure she would have a great time, while you are out.
