I'm part of a Mother's Club and we're looking for idea for a New Member's Event. Basically it's for new members and potential new members to attend, learn alittle about the club, and get to know some of the gals. It's meant to be social and fun.

Any ideas of an event that we could do. Something not costing alot of money is always good.

What kind of event would you attend if you were interested in joining a new club?

Thanks!
S.

Just do a Meet & Greet kind if thing. Coffee, tea, wine & apps. Invite woman to come & visit with current members. Have info out as well as pictures & descriptions if what you do!

We have a neighborhood Bakery and arrange for coffee, juice and pastry. He is kids friendly so it works out well.. He usually gives a nice discount.. We found that if he have this right after school drop off, lots of the moms are willing to stop in..

Also "Play in the park"
Take some snacks and meet up at a group of tables set up next to a playground.. Again right after drop off in the mornings is great.

this sounds like a sorority rush party....why do you have to throw any sort of a party to have people into your "group"?
