I recommend Oxy Magic Spray! It is wonderful! I have managed to get stains out of so many things i thought impossiable.
My budding artist colored on her shirt with ballpoint pen the first time she wore it. It's been washed twice now but the ink's still just as bright as ever. Any advice?

I am not sure this will work after the shirt has been washed, but it might help in the future. Place a clean, dry cloth under the area that has been stained. Spray non-aerosol hair spray directly onto the stain and blot it away with another clean, dry cloth. I have used this trick on blue, black and red ink and it has worked every time. I hope this helps you!
use hairspray as a pre-spot. Believe me! It works!

I would try a product called De-Solv-it. It took cooking oil out of one of my shirts. It's 100% organic, biodegradable and safe. You can even use it on skin or hair. There are so many uses for this stuff and I love it. It has a citrus smell. I have used Spray & Wash, Zout, etc. and this stuff has worked the best for me. I purchased it at WalMart, but I'm sure you can find it anywhere.
Ive heard hairspray ...but never really tried that. We use the Spray and Wash in the green bottle it gets anything out...somethings require a little more scrubbing w/ a brush though.
I don't know if this will work if the shirt has already been in the dryer, but I'm a big fan of Zout. It can get out the tougher stains, and I've used it to get pen out many times. It's next to Shout at the store and works a lot like it, but it is stronger.
Hairspray. I am sure that there are commercial products out there, but I grab the hairspray and blot at first then reapply. It is a miracle.

Hi K.,
When I have ink marks, I just spray with hairspray and put it in the laundry. If its a white item, there's a new clorox pen that works wonders on everything. I've not tried it on ink but I've tried it on stains I couldn't get out any other way.

Oxyclean, or the stain removal solution from Dryel or some other home dry cleaning kit.
I'm not positive on pen marks, but I got grease out of my husbands pants last week (which is a miracle) I sprayed shout and let it sit for about an hour and them poured liquid laundry detergent directly on the stains and let that sit for another hour. (I use All, but I'm sure anyone would do the same) Hope it helps!
Hairspray... the cheaper, the better. What you do is put paper towel behind the ink spot (inside the shirt) and then spray the ink mark with the hair spray. Then you blot with more paper towel on the top. Repeat this over and over until all the ink has transfered to the paper towel. Will take some persistence and generally works better before you wash a garmet (the drying can "set" the ink in sometimes), but you can probably at least minimize it, if not get it all out.
Just got some blue marker out of my new jeans that my little creative genius put there. Took about three paper towels and lots and lots of blotting but I was motivated!
good luck!

I'm not sure if it'll work now that it's been washed, but hair spray usually takes out pen marks.
Good luck.
Spray hairspray on it and wash it, before drying make sure it's out if it didn't all come out try again and try puting shout on top of the hairspray.
