I might be able to help you! I am in the home chil care business myself, and even if I can't do it I might be able to give you some names and number of people that can. I need to know what hours and days you would need and I can start getting the word out. Just to let you know most of us charge 25-35 a day for part time child care. You might try craigslist. A few days ago I saw my old sitter is doing parttime care depending on your hours needed. Her name is Danielle. I think she is great. I am using her as my back-up this week. My normal sitter is going out of town. So I need someone to watch my daughter and I asked and she said she would. I can't say enough good things about her. She plays with my daughter. My daughter used to giggle when we would get to her house. My daughter loved her I hated haveing to take her out of Danielle's care, but things happen and we needed to. It was nothing bad on hers or our part just didn't work out. Check craigslist for the hours she is off porland and 63rd.

I too might be able to help you out depending on the days/hours. I've worked in childcare for years and as a substitute teacher. Stopped working to stay at home with my daughter though.
