If you do this kind of thing, let me know and give me sites you've created so I can check them out and references. Also, how much is this going to cost me? Is there an hourly rate, or a flat fee?

My husband does this (he keeps up his works department website and has done some things for his gaming comunity and a few things on the side), he says he would need to know what kinds of things you want, how many pages, etc... Most of the time there is an hourly rate.
