I own a carpet cleaning company, and I have my favorites that my clients have recommended to me. Carpet One on Main St. in Arlington ###-###-#### (it's a smaller franchise, so you get the small business customer service, but the buying power of a large chain). In Southlake, I like Carpet Mill Outlet and Charlie Hollis is a great sales rep their number is ###-###-####, and then there is a guy that comes to your home and has carries his showroom with him - Carpet Direct, Brian Mulevill ###-###-####. Brian will go all over and he's supposed to have great prices and does a great job as well. I would recommend avoiding the large do it yourself chains. Since we are a certified company, we have to come in and help clients prove warranty issues and these stores will leave you high and dry and will not help. I helped one of my clients take on Mohawk, and she received no help. The guys I mentioned above will stand behind their work and make it right. It's an investment into your home, so make sure you don't just go by price. And make sure to read the warranty once you have it installed. They will void it if you use drycleaning method. you must have it profesionally cleaned by a hot water extraction method with a certian time frame or your warranty is voided. Let me know if you need any other help!
