Need Advice for Grandparents

My MIL (mother-in-law) is in her late 80s and has some memory issues. FIL (father-iin-law) is in his 70s and very vibrant, energetic, and aware. He wants to join the local seniors club but she does not. Not a good idea to leave her alone. Does anyone know of a senior sitter or someone who does this sort of thing? They would need a 'sitter' at least twice a week in their home.

Appreciate any help. Thanks!

Call around to local nursing homes. Ususally, they have references to people who do this professionally.

I subscribed to www.sittercity.com and found a babysitter for my 3-year old and my twins... but they also have a place on the website to subscribe to elderly care. I'ts pretty inexpensive to sign up; if you wanted to go the inexpensive route. Good luck
