My husband and I love the melting pot in Addison. We like to stop at the Improv (comedy club) across the street afterwards. It makes for a great night out!
My husband and I are wanting to go out for a quiet, romanatic, dinner just for two next month for an anniversity. Does anyone know of any restuarants that are romanatic? I am adding a bit more information to this. We are wanting an affordable steakhouse in the Dallas area. We want good food without having to pay 100.00 for the dinner. Thanks to everyone that responsed.

Depending on the amount of money you plan to spend - I know many (Prof. Event Planner). The French Room in the Adolphus Hotel is absolutely wonderful. At times they have a package and you can have dinner and a room. But be ready as they are EXPENSIVE! Then there is Ernie's at Village on the Parkway. It has been awhile since I have been there but my husband and I went and had a magnificient dinner and listened to live jazz entertainment. Check out the Dallas Guide that coes in the Morning ews on Friday and Sunday. They list restaurants by cuisine and give ratings and prices. Good luck.
Nick and Sams restaurant near downtown/oaklawn is great!
A little pricey-but worth it.
My husband and I really like Don Camillos in Lake Dallas (or is it Denton?). It's near the NCTC Campus. It's a small Italian place. Has live mandolin some nights. It's nice because the music is soft so you can still have a conversation. It is VERY reasonably priced. We've never had a bad meal or a bad experience there.
Simply Fondue in Southlake is really nice.
Morton Steak house in down town Dallas is really nice, kind of expensive but worth it!!
My husband and I went to this cute little Italian place last month. It's dark inside, candle light, with a live jazz band nightly. The prices were average. It's not much to look at on the outside but inside is nice and we loved the food and the music. Sardines Ristorante Italiano.509 University Dr Ft.Worth 76107.###-###-####.
The French Room at the Adolfus Hotel is amazing! It is absolutely beautiful and you feel like you are vacationing in France. It is expensive; however, worth it for a special romantic evening.
P.,
I would say The Melting Pot in Addison. This is a fondue restaurant. The food is GREAT... You get a salad course, cheese course, meat course, and dessert course. They aren't cheap, but they aren't overly priced either for what you get. The whole place is dimly lit and you get a booth that makes you feel like you are the only one there since they have tall walls between them. The fun of this is that while your meat cooks, it gives you time to talk and enjoy each other.
Happy Anniversary!

The Old Warsaw restaurant down by Mansion on Turtle Creek is lovely. Everything from the valet parking to your own personal wait staff. The food is wonderful and comes at a price but is worth every penny. It is a true romantic night out. They even gave me a rose on our anniversary. Highly recommend!
Lola Restaurant is great. Cheaper than some of the others mentioned. Close to downtown
Also, Abacus is AWESOME but a bit more expensive. just north of downtown, on McKinney.
