I am going to start using a natural progesterone cream and wanted to know if anyone had any good or bad feedback from their experiences. Also, if they have used it before, what was the reason or symptoms for their use.

What can I do next?

This might be a little hard to explain but here goes:

An associate of mine whom I've know for years and whom goes to the same chiropractor as I was given this stuff by our chiropractor (whom swears by the stuff). She LOVES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is in her mid-to-upper 40s, maybe at 50 but has always been irregular w/ major cramps and was experiencing some mid-life symptoms (dryness, hormonal changes, etc). She was on the stuff 2 days and could already feel the benefits. she loved the stuff.
It so happens that she stopped taking it after a while because she ran out of it and HER HUSBAND DROVE 50 MILES to get it (due to the fact that my chiro was out of town) 'cause HE liked how it helped her that much. She admitts that she liked it a LOT but had no idea that it was that obvious to others that it worked that well! NOW, she and her husband swear by the stuff as well as my chiro and she won't miss a dose.
Her and our chiropractor were talking about it in front of me on how they swear by it and telling me that i should spead the word to anyone with those hormonal probs to give it a try (I personally am not there, but my mother is, so I told her about it).
Anyways, just thought you might want to hear some other people's feelings on the product.
You may want to talk to a homeopathic dr./trained natural personel about it to get hard facts (try local healthy/natural living centers like The Cupboard in Denton, TX or the like) and further info!

And as for the comment about possibly effecting your family, the natural hormones are much safer to yourself and others than the non-natural hormone creams. Most likely, the non-natural hormone creams are what caused the problems with the family mentioned below because the human body does not recognize non-natural hormones in anyone, male or female, and can't metabolize it. But talk to the professional about that too!

Hi J.,

I personally have used the Arbonne PhytoProlief, too. I used it mainly to regulate my periods, and boy did it work! (I've stopped using it because I'm pregnant, but plan to use it again after this pregnancy.) I have a friend who uses it because she is going through early menopause. She used to get hot flashes and was very moody before she started using the Arbonne natural progesterone cream. If she forgets to use it, her kids can tell!!

You can read more about it at https://www.arbonne.com/products/balance/phytoProlief.asp

Hope this helps! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks,
Jacqueline

Hi Jan,

I recommend you do some research. Check out Dr. John Lee's books What Your Doctor May not Tell You about Premenopause. He has several others..."about Menopause", "about Breast Cancer". Or you can go online and google John Lee, MD.

As far as personal experience, I have used Arbonne's Phyto Prolief since April of 2003. I have had HUGE benefits from using a natural balancing cream. NO more migraines, no more fibrocystic breast, no more foggy brain, more energy and less physical pain. My dtr. has endometriosis and it is the only thing that has given her relief and not only that she has a precious 3 mos old miracle baby. Our gyn is a firm believer in the benefits of Prolief. If you want more information about a GREAT dr. who uses bio identical hormones email me.

I don't have much info on the subject but be sure to keep it away from your children and husband. This includes washing your hands extremely well before touching them. I watched a medical show one time and they could not explain why a woman's husband and son were so sick until they determined she was using some type of hormone cream she had exposed them to.
