My babies didn't develop regular nap schedules until three months old. We started them out with a set morning nap time, then gradually worked on an afternoon time. So, at 10 weeks it was still sporadic and in whatever bouncer or chair they happened to by lying it.

My 6 month old didn't have a nap "schedule" until she was about 4/5 months old. At 10 weeks she was napping about 5 times a day--she would only be awake for about an hour between naps then would sleep for 45 minutes or less. She would get one long nap around 1 when I would lay down with her (this is when my toddler naps) and nurse her right back to sleep when she started waking up. Now she takes 2-3 naps a day, for 1.5-2.5 hours each

I think he was napping 3-4 times a day for maybe 45 minutes each and sleeping a solid 7 hours at night. My sister's kid is three months and still sleeps way more than mine did at that age. All baby's are different, as long as he is mentally stimulated when he is awake and goes to sleep when he is tired.

My 11-week old currently has no schedule as she still seems to sleep so much of the time. I can always count her to sleep from 11-12 at night until 6-7 in the morning. This is somewhat unusual for her age, but for whatever reason, it is natural for her. After that her sleep is frequent and random. It's easier for me to say that she is awake and alert for about 4-5 hours each day, but not at consistent times.

When my son was a baby, he slept much, much less. He may have taken two naps a day at that age. In addition to those two 1-2 hour naps, he probably took 3-5 five to ten minute naps as well. Total, I don't think he slept more than 14-15 hours each day even though a baby that age should get around 16 hours of sleep.

twice a day usually at 10am then again at 1:30 or 2:00 pm. Usually about an hour and a half each nap.
