We just worked with Sarah Davis, the owner of this agency, to hire a nanny. I spoke to three other agencies (including teacher care) and was most impressed by sarah and her candidates.
Sarah took the time to come to our home in person, meet our family & hear about our needs. none of the other agencies we spoke to took this kind of time to ensure a good match. the placement fee is $1500 but if you can afford it, I think it is well worth it.
