So I've been waking up with a cramped neck every morning. As the day goes on, I get better. I am thinking it's my pillow, it's pretty flat and old. At the State Fair this year and several craft shows, I've seen vendors there selling the My Pillow. It seems a little pricey but if it's really that good I would buy it if my neck feels better. Has anyone ever bought one? Thoughts please.
Never heard of it but my chiropractor advised I sleep on a concave pillow.
I have the same difficulty with flat pillows. I bought a memory foam pillow that has a dip in the middle and it's worked well for me. It's much less expensive than the My Pillow. I wanted one when I saw them on tv, and then I saw them at the county fair. I WANT one, but I just can't afford it right now. I think if you can, it looks worth the money to give it a try. Also, it has a money back guarnatee, so no harm, no foul. Let us know if you get one.
