Hi my two older kids return to school Sept 7th. My nursey school child returns next week. I will miss them but it will also be nice to have them return to school.

Yes, my two boys started August 19th. I wish they started the seventh. Summer was way too short!
My kids went back last Monday. Almost all public schools in CT started last week. As we say each year, I can't beleive summer went by so fast.
Mine just went back last Thursday, Sept.2nd...but my preschooler doesn't go back till Sept. 13th!
My oldest is in1st grade this year...1st time with all day school! I'll admit it...I cried a lil' bit...only because I specifically remember my oldest nephew's 1st day of 1st grade, and this year he is a freshman in High School! Time sure does fly by after you have kids!
Mine go back the 8th. I do think there is something wrong in that my kids want to go back and I don't want them to. It should be the other way around.
Our son started kindergarten Friday (kinda silly to only go 1 day, then have 3 off). Last year they started after Labor Day. We're in NJ, and some of the schools around us don't start until Wed. Philly schools started last Monday. my friends in FL start in Aug. It's different everywhere. Hope they have a good school year.
We homeschool and tomorrow is our first official day of "school."
