Call you physician ASAP. Do not wait any longer. Discuss details of exactly what is going on with him or her. If you do not have a doctor, go to the nearest ER.
If you are, or ever find yourself, in fear for your safety or the safety of your kids, please call 9-1-1 immediatley.
You do not go into detail in your post but you references to being at "wits end" as well as "fearing for yourself" concern me.

You can call the Parenting Warmline at:
###-###-#### or 1-877-WARMLYN (inside Allegheny County)
1-800-641-4546 (outside of Allegheny County)

Or check out their website at http://www.familyresourcesofpa.org/WARMLINE.html

HANG IN THERE! Its so tough. I admire your courage to ask for help. Im sure you will get a lot of great answers from mamasource, I can only say check hospitals near you, your obgyn for free counseling. Talking it out helps, the support you will get is essential. Call your doc immediately and ask for help. I'm sure they can give you a name, referral, something. Good luck, you are on the right path. Talk, talk talk, dont ever fear communication.

First how old are you? Do you work? If you do get out Please talk to someone...You are depressed and you can' put your 4 year old in danger. GET some help from somewhere and eventually you will know what to do about the boyfriend. Right now you need to care for yourself and your child.
Wish you lived near I would meet you and talk

Take this seriously! Moms who are depressed during pregnancy are much more likely to have Post-Partum Depression, low birth weight babies, and pre-term labor. Take this seriously for your self and your kids. Either call the Parenting Warmline at 1-877-WARMLYN or the Resolve Crisis Network at 1.888.796.8226.

Being a single, pregnant parent with relationship problems is very hard. Get some help. This time will pass, but you need help to get through it. We all need help from time to time, so don't feel bad about asking. Might be the best thing you do for your family.
