Do any of you ladies suffer from menstruation migraines? If so, do you have any home remedies that work for you?

I get these too, my Gyn recommended I go on the Pill. My GP recommended Alleve which really helps me more than Tylenol and Advil. She said to take it at first sign, not to let it get too bad and that I could double the dose.

I run and drink something with caffeine...this helps to constict the vessels, also I try to close my eyes and sit in a dark room until it subsides. I get ocular migraines with a dull headache. I lose my vision for a short while, but the caffeine helps...it's also in the migraine meds.
