HI!
We're new to Mckinney, have been here about 2 months and are looking for a pediatrician. Has anyone been to, or know anything about All About Children Pediatrics? It's off El Dorado Pkwy and 75 and would be SO convenient! I have a 3 1/2 year old boy and a baby boy on the way.
I'd be interested to hear about any other great pediatricians nearby too!

Thanks!

We have been going there for 6 years and have had no problems. Only pedi we have used so I can't compare them to anyone else. But we also have had no reason to leave so that speaks for itself.

My vote is for ABC Pediatrics off of Virginia Parkway. The doctors there are amazing and go above and beyond. They are prompt with their appointments and very professional. The staff is amazing- love the nurses and front desk people. Dr. Suzanne and Dr. Rodriguez are top notch and we would not go anywhere else! The great thing about them is that they have Saturday hours which have really come in handy. Love, love, love them. The phone number is: ###-###-#### and the address is: 2720 Virginia Parkway Suite 200 McKinney TX 75071.
For a treat for the kids if you let them have donuts stop by Happy Donuts which is right across the street. They have yummy donuts and they have several that are kid themed. My daughter looks forward to going there on the weekends. Welcome to the area you are going to love McKinney.

I would avoid AACP like the plague!! We had a horrible experience there and I have a friend who also took her son there and he almost died because a misdiagnosis from one of the doctors. I think any of the pediatricians in McKinney would be better than that office personally.

We use Dr. Suzanne at ABC Pediatrics on Virginia and have for 4 years now (since leaving AACP) she is wonderful!

Good luck and welcome to McKinney

Hands DOWN Healthy Kids Pediatrics in Frisco if you are looking for a holistic approach to healthcare.....I can not say enough amazing things about this office. I know I pass hundreds of pedis while I drive there but I gladly do so. We started at AACP when we moved here and as far as conventional pediatricians they are fine, although most of the doctors that were there when I was there are no longer (for various reasons though.....getting married, etc.) so I don't really know how it is now. It has been three years since we have gone there.

Yes, AACP is great! My two sons have been going there since they were born (5YO and 3YO now). Our primary doc is Dr. Todd Burton (friendly, sweet, takes his time to talk to you and answer questions). We've also seen Dr. Lameshev (same exact things to say about her as Dr. B). The staff is always friendly and the nurses are nice and friendly, too. Dr. Smith, however, is not so friendly, patient and nice to the kids. I don't feel she's very child-friendly.

Every other person there is wonderful!!!!

We go to AACP and see Dr. Lemeshev. We really like her. She is very attentive and responsive to our concerns and/or questions. 've seen Dr. Burton once and was equally impressed with him.

We have had nothing but good experiences with them but I do have to say that I had a friend who took her son to see the PA (I think her name was Holly) who mis-diagnosed whooping cough and her son got pretty ill over it.

I wouldn't see anyone there except for Lemeshev or Burton. They've given me no reason to mis-trust them and their staff is excellent.

We go to ABC Pediatrics. It's on Virginia about two blocks west of 75. We see Dr Suzanne and have also seen Dr Rodriguez and love them both!! There is another dr there too that we saw once, she seemed nice, I just can't give a real opinion as we have only met her once. But all the staff is awesome. My daughter broke her arm and everyone was amazing. They have even called me after hours to check on her!! They have Saturday hours, too, which is nice.

AACP was great a long time ago. They moved their office and it went downhill. I am pretty easy going but I got really upset on several occasions and decided to leave. It may be better now. They lost a bunch of families but were trying hard to improve. We go to Raintree Pediatrics in Allen. It is behind the hospital and easy to get to. We've been really happy.

We have had an ok experience there. But a couple of things happened that I am not happy with . They used to have a PA there that called in an incorrect prescription for my son. Thank goodness the pharmacist at Kroger (which I highly recommend) caught the error.
My boys had also been told that they had scoliosis and I found out later that they didn't and they needed to be screened for another disorder.
There is another pediatrician in McKinney named Dr. Neal. Avoid him like the plague!
