GOOD FOR YOU!
A super fancy idea is Blue Ginger in Wellesley. Delish--quite a treat.
Other ideas:
Natick Mall: PF Chang's, Cheesecake Factory
Natick Center: The Dolphin Seafood Restaurant (a big fave!)
ENJOY!
We have two young kids (2.5 and 4) and have only gone out a few times alone in the last few years. Our new year resolution is to go out every wednesday night! Woo! We have a babysitter lined up now, so now we have to figure out where to go. So please give me suggestions on restaurants to try in Natick, Framingham, Wellesley, Waltham or anywhere around those towns (Wayland, Sherborn, etc). We need ideas! :) Fancy, casual, anything! Its been so long since we've gone out we dont even know all our options (sad, I know).
Thanks so much!

La Cantina in Framingham (cheap Italian)and The Coach Grille in Wayland (expensive steakhouse) are two of our favorites. If you travel up Rte. 9 from Natick to Framingham, there's lots of chain restaurants to choose from. You can also check out opentable.com for a broad list of restaurants in the area (and can make an online reservation through them if you want). Good luck!
We like Bella Costa in Framingham better than La Cantina, it's in the plaza at the intersection of Rte. 30 and 126, behind the gas station. As a family we go to the Aegean a lot as well, also near that intersection but a little further East on Rte. 30 (next to Burger King). I echo Stone Pub in Ashland and the Sherborn Inn, both great places to go, especially without the kids. Have fun!
We like The Deli in Sherwood Plaza in Natick, JJ McKay's in Wayland at the intersection of 30 and 27, and La Cantina in Framingham on 135.
Have fun - I'm jealous!

La Cantina in Framingham on 135 and Chef Orient on Route 9 West in Framingham - Enjoy!
I love Not your Average Joe's. You can call ahead to help reduce the wait if it's busy. Good for you guys for making this commitment for yourselves :) Enjoy!
Waltham: Tempo Bistro is nice; for more casual, try Watch City Brewery. Both can be sort of loud, but ask for a booth. Solea is also nice for tapas. There's the Elephant Walk (I've never been), too.
Coach Grille in Wayland is super nice. We go there for special occasions.
There are /tons/ of places in Natick/Framingham. Really, just too many to name.
Oh, and for a very nice evening, there's Tomasso in Southborough.
For pub food, there's John Stone's in Ashland; you can sit outside in the summer.
There are two nice new restaurants in Medfield...I'm blanking on the names. One is at the intersection of 27 and 109; the other is more in downtown Medfield and starts with a Z!
The Sherborn Inn is lovely; you can eat in the dining room proper or in the pub.
We go to Worcester a lot now - there are lots of wonderful restaurants on Shrewsbury Street - Mezcal (makes guacamole fresh when you order), The Flying Rhino, Via, One-Eleven Chop House, Morocco. Tribeca is really good. Via I would say is good, not great. There's also the Sole Proprietor on the other side of town for great seafood. (I mention these because they're worth the drive from Stow for us.)
Have fun on your date nights!
