Hi, I am a mom of 4 and I am looking for a great dr in Framingham. I would prefer a small one but i am open to larger ones as well. I did not like metroWest pedi, as I had to wait at least 45 min each time I went and the dr's just rushed me out the door, I want one that is going to take the time to listen and can see them the same dayif they are sick

I love Framingham Pediatrics. I have found the doctors really responsive to my concerns and my kids like them too. The nurses are great. They are open 365 days/year for sick visits, and there is always a doctor on call (not a nurse service). In my experience, they have stayed open until all the kids that need to be seen that day are seen (I brought my son who was having an asthma attack in a 6.30pm and they were still there). Our dr. is Dr. Rosselot, who is great, but I also highly recommend Drs Hicks and Crawford (Dr. Crawford has 5 children herself, so she could identify with having 4, if that's important to you). Of course sometimes we have to wait, but I haven't normally found that to be the case. Their website is framinghampediatrics.org. Good luck with your search.
We, like the first person who responded, use Framingham Pediatrics and LOVE LOVE LOVE them. We have Dr Hicks, but have seen all of the docs in the practice and they are all great. My daughter had a bunch of issues her first year and Dr Hicks would actually call me at home to check on us at times. She hospitalized my daughter and was great througout that, as were the other docs in the practice that would come see us (they rotate what days they are at the hospital so we saw them all). The nurses and office staff there are great too. I can't say enough good things about all of them. There is a time in the morning that you can call and talk to your kids actual doctor about anything - totally free. They are there in the mornings for sick visits every weekend and holiday (I've been there for both). I just wish I could find a general practitioner for myself that was as good as they are for my kids. These docs really listen and are so friendly and just great. I've hardly ever had to wait long - most of the time 10 mins at the most. And I've never had an issue having my kids seen the day I call up when they are sick.
I would highly recommend Framingham Pediatrics. They are right near Target. THey always make a point for you to see your childs doctor if possible. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and if there is a problem have always been able to get in that day for an appointment.
Dr. Crawford at Framingham Pediatrics is fantastic. My husband and I always feel like she listens, takes her time, can relate and best of all, my 19 month old loves her! Good luck.
You could try Framingham Pediatrics. Many families in Framingham use them.

He's amazing and I've never waited. He is also accessible over email which cuts down on office visits.

I fourth, fifth, sixth Framingham Pediatrics!!! Dr Crawford is our pediatrician, and she is wonderful. We have seen most of the other physicians in that practice.

Framingham Pediatrics is a wonderful practice, I highly recommend them! You will find fabulous doctors (a few to choose from to find one that fits with your family, all are great!), amazing nursing staff and helpful office staff. They have a nice office across from BJ's in Framingham.

What about Charles River Pediatrics? The are located on Rte. 135 in Natick and I have to tell you years ago when my Pedi who was a single practice would refer me to them on an emergency basis and I always thought they took great care of us .. Or Dr. Gail Kraft is a private practice and she is out of Weston (her home) and has an office in Medway .. she is well worth the drive .. not sure if she is taking new patients but she is a love.
We got to Dr. Diskin in Natick. I don't know if you need to have someone only in Framingham, but figured I would respond since Natick is right next door. She is across the street from Stop in Shop at Route 27 and 9. Small Practice and we are always seen the same day we need sick appointments. I've never had to wait for my appointment and they have been very attentive to our needs and questions. I think the practices actual name is Family Rhythms.
