We met her at an open house in our neighborhood (and we LOVE our neighborhood, btw) and she "got" us instantly. She talked to us about the house and how just from looking at us she guessed it wasn't for us. Even though the house was beautiful and I absolutely loved it she was completely right. We haven't purchased or sold with her (yet!), but when she found out we were starting our search for our first home she asked for our information and followed up about a week later. I would recommend going on Dave Ramsey's website and find the Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) for real estate in the DFW area. They are usually outstanding and work extremely hard for the clients.

I see you are interested in renting and not buying. That changes things drastically with which realtor you use. I know from previous experience that looking for a house to rent verses an apartment can be quite difficult.

I do know a woman who strives to do the best she can with her clients. She caters to her clients and will even take them to lunch to discuss what they want in a home. Her name is Sonya Bell.
