Try MOGA (Maricopa OB/GYN) on Ray Road. I've loved everyone I've dealt with there. They usually have at least a couple doctors who make the top doc list with Phoenix magazine too.

Am mid-50's, had a hysterectomy, left ovaries, so I need a female GYN knowledgable about my issues rather than one more focused on OB needs. Have been through 3-5 doctors in last 5 years looking for a GYN I felt comfortable with, had confidence in, and met my medical needs. Had my previous OB/GYN for 20+ years before she retired & haven't been able to replace her. I found a few along the way, but they either left the area, focused on OB patients, or were in offices where the office staff was indiffent or incompetent. (Dropped appts, didnt call back or send faxes as promised, etc). Tried Goodman & Partridge already. Any other suggestions?
Thanks for your help. Will try to get in to see one of these.

I love, love, love Dr. Kells and his midwife Janice at Boojum Obstetrics and Gynecology. They are wonderful. They always take as much time as you need and make sure they answer every question you have. Their office staff has always been wonderul. They even call to remind me that I need to make my yearly appointment. They are fabulous. They are in South Chandler near the Chandler Regional Hospital. Their website address is http://www.drkells.com/
Go see Dr. Layton ###-###-####, he is one of the most caring Dr. I have met in a long time. He is on Baseline between Greenfield and Higley. He takes the time to listen, AND remembers you!! His nurse is always right on top of everything. He is awesome!
I'd highly recommend Contemporary Care For Women who have offices in Gilbert and Tempe. See them online at careforwomen.net. They have a competent mix of women and men OB/GYNs with an outstanding reputation. Best wishes. R., Certified Nurse Midwife turned SAHM in 2005.
