I just moved to Griffith IN from Chicago and I am looking for some new friends to hang out with and talk with in the area.
I work full time in Chicago so I have limited time usually just the weekends. I would really like to meet some new people in our area and find new friends just to talk with and get together occasionally.
I am a pretty quiet person so it is hard for me to just go out and try and meet new people. I grew up in a small town, went to college in a medium town, and then moved to Chicago. I didn't have many friends in Chicago as it was more of a nightclub crowd and that is sooooo not me.
If anyone has any suggestions or lives in the area and might want to get together I would love to hear from you.

I grew up in Griffith...where are you located? We have a smaller mom's group, we meet up for playdates and Mom's nights out. I'm in Crown Point now, but my dad still lives in Griffith, so we go to the park there ALL the time.
