I found a great little shop at Grapevine Mills Mall, "Sash" (it's across from Children's Place). My daughter has been in 2 weddings in the past 6 months. It's practical to expensive. I bought both for under $40.00. They also have accessories and shoes to match if needed. I highly recommend it!! Good luck.
i know you said the plano frisco area, but if you don't mind driving a little bit to dallas then i highly recommend chocolate soup - we bought my daughter's flower girl dress there and i will actually be heading out there again to get another one - they have some beautiful dresses and great deals - i believe we got her dress on sale for around $20-30 after all the discounts - good luck! (its in the preston royal shopping center - i believe the southeast corner)

You might try Stasburg Children in The Shops of Willowbend mall. They are having a sale (10-30% off, addit'l 25% off clearance) Jan 10th-21st. The prices online are higher than the store prices. So you can browse online but purchase in store. The dress I purchased for my daughter was the same price or less than David's Bridal and Dillards. We paid less than $100 with the sale.
I found one at the Strasburg Children's in the Shops at Willow Bend. A bit pricey but gorgeous.
Really depends on how much you want to spend. Strasberg Children in Willow Bend Mall has nicer, more traditional dresses (e.g., white/ivory with different-colored sashes). Nordstrom in Stonebriar Mall has some simple flower girl dresses that you can special order (over $100 each); if you apply for a Nordstrom card at the same time, however, you can at least get a % off the dress price. On the other end of the spectrum, if you want very inexpensive, though the material probably isn't as nice, try the Sam Moon plaza at the intersection of highways I-35 and 635, which has 2 bridal stores with flower girl dresses (and even those mini-tuxedos for ringbearers). good luck!
What size are you needing? You might try second hand stores, they will surprise you or...it all depends on what size you need...

Strasburg Children's store at Willow Bend Mall in Plano has beautiful dresses if you are willing to pay the price. They do have sales, however. If you prefer to save money and if you are up to the outing, Sym's, located at W 15th and 75 Central in Plano (near Hobby Lobby and Dollar Tree, behind Payless) has them every now and then. Other places to consider is Nordstrom's Rack Room at Preston just south west of Park in Plano, Steinmart gets this type of dress some times, and so does Burlington Coat Factory. I am not sure when your wedding is, but the discount places start getting beautiful dresses in for Easter, mid February. You may check some resell stores if you are really wanting to save money. If you are open to ordering on line, www.flowergirlus.com has really stunning flower girl and dressy dresses for little girls. I got my daughter's Christmas dress there - unique and too beautiful! And not *too* expensive - between $40 and $60.
