Does anyone have any information on an Organic Food Cooperative in the DFW area? My MIL has a wonderful one in N. OK, but I'm not finding a lot of information for one down here in the DFW area. Thanks for any help!

What can I do next?

We use Urban Acres. Their main store is in Oak Cliff, but they have drops all over Dallas.

You can search here: http://www.localharvest.org/

I have done this one in the past: http://www.rosecreekfarms.com/

Right now I primary use bountiful baskets and azure standard.

This is a no commitment co-op. It delivers weekly or bi weekly (depending on your site). It does not come directly from local farms, but nearly all is from US. You get a lot of produce for $15 (reg) or $25 (organic).

You have to create a log-on account before you can see prices. They have excellent in season organic produce, dry goods, etc. They have drop points all over the DFW area. You meet their semi-truck once per month to pick up your order.

Also, I have a friend that does this: http://www.yourhealthsource.org/
