There are some great offices for sell behind Kroger on Park Row just off of Fry Rd. Other than that I don't really know of any others. My son has a doctor in those offices.
There are some office spaces located behind Walgreens on Fry Road, across from HEB. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of business do you have?

Little strip center at Fry and Clay road next to the Michoacana shop. I think they are looking at 1,200 per month for a spot.
