I'm looking to have professional pictures taken for my daughter's 1st birthday, and I am looking for someone with an artistic eye and reasonable prices.

Congrats on your 1 year old! I have a daughter that will be 1 on the same day! We go to Wheat Photography. The photographers name is Jenny. She is so easy to work with and you get your pictures fast. And she is so reasonable for the great work she does.

Rebecca Peters is AMAZING. She did our wedding photos as well as our daughter's - we got the first year package where she takes her picture every four months. When you get to the website, go to the blog section to get an idea of all the stuff she does.
