I am in need of a good pediatrician in the south fort worth area that is accepting new patients!!!
due to my husband's change of jobs we just switched to Aetna coverage, which was not accepted my our previous pediatrician, which we loved! I went threw a very frustrating process of trying to find a new dr for my boys only 3 short months ago... and then this week I find out that our new pediatrician has up and left. GREAT!! I have a 3 1/2 boy with asthma and a 7mth old little boy.
anyone have any suggestions??? I am so frustrated... it is very important to me that I find someone that we can build a relationship with and that I feel comfortable talking with.

I take our 3&1/2 year old son to Dr. Deborah Vert, in Ft. Worth. I see you live in Burleson. We live in Joshua, and still go that extra mileage, to see her. She is great! She is right off of I-20 and Woodway, behind the Starbucks and CVS. Her address is 5408 Woodway Dr, FW TX 76133 PH# ###-###-####. We have used her since our son was born, and love her. She is the only dr. in her office and I've never had a problem getting him in when needed, and am assured that he will always see her, instead of someone else. She's very personable, always has a cheery, upbeat attitude, and everyone in the office is very nice!
I second that for Dr.OZAETA! We see his wife, Dr.Olvera, who is in the same office at Cook Childrens in FW...we love them BOTH. They're excellent, caring doctors. The staff is wonderful, and always pleasant. I can't say enough about Nurse Mary (who returns any office calls). This is our first child, and she has patiently walked us through a lot already!

Dr. Marcus Ozaeta is WONDERFUL! He is with Cook Childrens and is located across the street from Harris Methodist Southwest. They do take Aenta. The office number is ###-###-####.

My pediatrician is in Benbrook. Dr.Stephanie Perdue. She is great. My kids have been going to her since they were infants. Now they are 8yr and 6yrs. Great staff and she is good with kids. Great bedside manner. Private stand alone office on Winscott Rd. Not sure if she is accepting new patients but it would be well worth your time to call. You will be glad you did.
Dr. Frank McGehee is absolutely the best doctor in Fort Worth. I'm not sure if he's accepting new patients but it's worth a shot. His office is in the medical district and his staff is wonderful as well. Good luck!
I also live in Burleson and I use Dr. J Ben Worsley. He is located in Fort Worth across the street from Harris Southwest. His practice is called Fort Worth Pediatrics. He is awesome and my 2 year old loves him. We has seen a few of the other doctors in the practice and have liked them as well. This practice also accepts Aetna
