Looking for a Bankruptcy Lawyer in the Glendale or Phoenix Area

We made some very poor financial decisions and are completely in debt and broke. We have a mortgage with an ARM getting ready to adjust and an aging home which we are way upside down on. We also have a good amount of credit card debt. At this point we just need a new start and to start saving like crazy. If you have gone through something similar, please give me your recommendation on your BK lawyer. If you only feel comfortable sending a private message, please do so. Please, no negative responses, the situation is already bad enough. Thanks so much!

I can't recommend a lawyer but know that you are not alone and you and your family will make it. Hang in there and good luck on your attorney search.

I would call Phillips and Associates ###-###-####.

I realize that I might sound like all of their ads that are pasted EVERY WHERE but really...give them a call.

Good Luck!!

The attorneys in our office only do Commercial Bankruptcy, but they refer all personal bankruptcy inquiries to the following:

Nicholas Fuerst (pronounced First)
###-###-####

He is located in Phoenix as far as I know. Good luck and I hope he can help you. :o)
