I find that it last months after it's been opened. Most of them don't really have anything in them that expires. If you look at the ingredients you'll probably find that it's mostly oil and sugar. If there's dairy in it, I'd be more cautious.

Every bottle of liquid coffee creamer I have bought says to use within 14 days of opening.

M., I have some coffeemate creamer I bought in the beginning of October and the date listed on the side of the bottle is "Sell by December 14" so I would think 3 months is an appropriate window to use it. It may vary for different products. Check the bottle or carton for an expiration date.
