go to www.wham.com register, then check their message board especially the one for childcare providers you will learn a lot but you have to be patient with that website. at first you might feel lost then you'll get use to it. good luck! also the "small business information center" offers a "how to open a daycare" class for free you can check them out. i took that class and it was great. their website is www.hillsboroughcounty.org/sbic.
