Last time I was pregnant I found out at 3 or 4 months & I didn't have any symptoms & my period still came on. My question is could I be pregnant now? I've been having back pains, stomach pains,& last month I had a cold.. It's been about 3 months again & I've taken 7 test they were all negative what could be wrong?

What can I do next?

It doesn't make sense to take 7 home tests (if that's what you mean) - you have lasting symptoms that indicate a problem (back pains/ stomach pains, although I'm not sure what the cold has to do with it). So you do what any smart person would do - you contact your doctor for a more accurate pregnancy blood test (and maybe additional blood work), a pelvic exam, and a review of your other complaints and possible causes. There's a limit to the internet and a time to consult a qualified medical professional.

Why don't you go to the doctor? You could have a kidney thing going on.

You probably have malaria with about 6 months to live.

At the risk of sounding rude ... and sorry, but these kinds of questions concern me because you're in pain and doing nothing about it but taking pregnancy tests (over and over by the sounds of it). You need to go get checked out.
Are you getting your period or have you missed your period? You don't say.

Peri menopause is one possibility depending on how old you are.
There are MANY things that can mess with your cycle besides pregnancy.
Time to go talk to your doctor.

if its been 3 months of pain then you should be calling the dr and not cunsultine random people online. pregnant or not a dr needs to have a look to tell you whats wrong.

It sounds as though you should be communicating with your primary doctor, or a gynecologist, or a woman's health services center. With your history (a pregnancy that wasn't detected until 3 or 4 months along), and if you're either actively trying to get pregnant or not taking any steps to prevent a pregnancy, you should be in contact with a health care provider.

Even if your pains don't mean you're pregnant, they could signal a kidney infection or any one of a dozen other health problems - there's no possible way that anyone on here could predict what is going on inside your body. Continuing to take home pregnancy tests while having back and abdominal pains won't be productive. When you see a health care provider, please don't forget to mention your previous pregnancy history.

With my second pregnancy, I was 10-12 weeks along before I noticed anything due to a lack of symptoms. One day my pants were uncomfortably tight to button. The first cheap pregnancy test I took came back with an unmistakable positive.

It sounds to me like you're not pregnant, but should see a doctor to investigate the reasons for your back and stomach pains. Outside of the presence of a baby, typical pregnancy symptoms are also symptoms for many other conditions.
