The 30 Day Shred is a great 20 minute workout. (thought I was going to die after completing it and I workout everyday) I did it for about 2 wks but it was too hard on my knees. (I'm 40 years old) So I went back to my regular routine which is mainly 40 minutes of Dance Dance Revolution 2xs /day in addition to a 10 minute pilates dvd (I do 2 segments belly and legs) . I am hooked on the DDR game and it is a good workout but not time efficient. Good luck!
