I had forwarded info on midwife Penny Marzalik, she is excellent and a great lactation consultant too.

Good experiences Dr. Daube who delivered Lauren and Stephen via c-section. Not pushy about anything...let me decide to try to turn Lauren (who was breech) and also let me put off the c-section with Stephen as long as possible. Most doctors wouldn't have let me go until the due date. Not so sure about the two midwives in the office, OK in the hospital but I find them rather clinical. They don't really think outside the box much and pretty much stick to a more traditional approach.

I have had amazing experiences with OBGYN- Dr. Sondra Summers and Dr. Karen Deighan. I have never met Dr. Kenneth Frjelich and just by the luck of the draw never had much experience with Dr. Amy Stoeffler, but she seemed like a good doctor.

I absolutely love as does my neighbor this group.....
Knipmeyer no longer delivers......Watson used to be a Loyola as is a specialist in cancer patients...Dr. Barbour and Dr. Schaub (female) delivered Sofia last year...I had a c-section at Good Sam. Everything was excellent including the hospital. It all went so well that I wanted to have another right away.
My neighbor is a cancer survivor and sees Watson. Watson also sees regular patients as well.

My OB/GYN practice is West Suburban Women's Health and I was very
pleased with them during my last pregnancy. Particularly, I like Dr.
Murray, who is now my GYN, and Dr. Cardone, who delivered my
daughter. They understood I wanted a natural birth and they helped
me to make sure that would happen, even though I did end up having to
have pitocin after my water broke and labor did not progress. I was
able to have my daughter without an epidural. Also, they were great
about my not wanting any prenatal testing. My previous experience
was not as good so I was very happy. I wasn't all that impressed
with their midwives, though I only saw one of the two. She was nice,
but wasn't very good at answering questions. I also like the
practice because I only had a few appointments where I had to wait,
but generally I was in and out of there in less than 20 min. A plus
when you're bringing a 2 yr old to all of those prenatal visits.

West Suburban Women's Health - Hinsdale Hospital. It is an all female practice with 2 midwives. I've worked with the doctors and the midwives delivered our daughter. They are all WONDERFUL. 630-654-BABY. They are in Willowbrook at the corner of Plainfield Rd. and Madison.

I go to West Suburban Women's Health. The practice is located near the corner of Plainfield & Madison In Willowbrook. The women there are all great, but I personally, deal with the midwives. They got me through a twin pregnancy... all the way to 38.5 weeks. I can't say enough about them, and the best part is, they are affiliated with both the hospitals your insurance carrier covers.

I have worked with Therese Wos at Swedish Covenant Hospital. She is wonderful.

West Suburban Women's Center in Willowbrook. 630-654-baby. It is a 4 female practice, and they refer to Hinsdale. I would highly recommend them! They delivered both of my children.

Womens OB Gyne is in Downers Grove, right of of Ogden. They have 3 women Dr.'s and are out of Hinsdale Hosp., which I love. I usually see Dr. Gaunt.
