My Ob told me that cramps and even spotting can be signs of implantation, so no, you're not overreacting!
is there such a thing as implantation cramps? my husband thinks i'm overreacting but dude, we're trying to get pregnant! i'm just trying to stay "in-tune" with my bod, you know, so OF COURSE i'm considering all options!! :)
on day 7 (from the day i think i ovulated) i felt cramping...low in my tummy...didn't quite feel like indigestion and didn't quite feel like (and would have been a few days too early for) period cramps. is 7 days after conception (if there was) too early for implantation and is it possible to feel cramping?
thanx everybody for all your comments! i originally posted back in october (was not pregnant, but i SURE was hopeful, wasn't i??!!!) and in march i still wasn't pregnant. i was told then that i would be starting clomid at the start of my next cycle. so i waited, and waited and thought for sure my period was right around the corner - it was day 46 after all (long cycles were normal for me). i took a pregnancy test that sunday morning in april...my boobs hurt so badly i couldn't sleep! low and behold...the test was positive. so i took 3 more that day :) and 1 more the next morning :) and also went to the dr. for confirmation :) i'm now starting my fourth month, off to the dr. today to listen for a heartbeat for the first time AND am having so much fun with being pregnant! thanks everyone! good luck and good health to you and your families!

I had cramping from the time of conception until I was about 2 months pregnant. My cramps were so bad that I thought I was getting my period but it never came. My doctor said it's normal as long as I'm not bleeding. Good luck!!
Your husband thinks you are overreacting. Well, since he has so much experience having an uterus and ovaries, I guess he would know.
You can definitely have cramps when you ovulate and at implantation - can be quite severe too.
I had terrible cramping with both babies, and some spotting upon implantation with my second. It will feel/look like your period is starting, but then it never comes. Very very common, and yes it is possible! Good luck!
I could "feel" that I was pregnant the moment I became pregnant with my first baby. I swore I could just tell and I could feel that I was pregnant, and I was. Opposite for the second baby as I did not know until I was 4 months along.
Although I think the indigestion is probably unrelated, that was very possibly the pains of implantation. I know I felt it when I was pregnant with my son (about 5 days post ovulation). Just to let you know, I also had cramping around the time I would have started my cycle, even after a positive pregnancy test. So if you are cramping again in a week, don't freak out - it can just be your body figuring out what's going on, Good luck!
A.,
I agree...its very possible.
Fingers crossed for you!

Dear A.:
It is very common to have the symptoms you are feeling and yes you may be pregnant.
Happy you

I've had implantation cramps and light bleeding...
Yes, it is possible that you are experiencing implantation cramping. I did with our daughter, although at the time, didn't realize what it was. It wasn't until I took a pregnancy test and talked to my doctor that I found out what they were. I would wait about a week or so and take a pregnancy test.
GOOD LUCK!!!
Implantation typically occurs between 7-10 days after conception. Some women may feel cramping or even get light spotting during this time. Others notice nothing. You may be pregnant. Wait another 7 days and test! Good luck.
Yes I had them and I was pregnant,I also got slight spotting which is normal too, Goodluck x
do you have pcos? Could be the follicle rupturing late due to cysts, if not sounds like implantation, go for it girl!
Yes! There is such a thing!
Yes, it's possible to feel crampy. You may also have some spotting. Good Luck!!
You know you're body. I've experienced the same feeling before. I hope that everything works out for you and you're husband. God Bless!
With a woman's body, anything is possible!
Yes, it's definitely possible. I had mild cramping before I found out I was pregnant the second time around, so I figure that must have been implantation. Then again, you can also get cramping from ovulation. I hope it's the former. Good luck!
I truly hope so. It is possible that your husband doesn't want the two of you to get your hopes up if it is not. Been on that roller coaster.
Wish you all the best.

You are so funny. Anyway, dudette, I can't figure out what implantation cramps are but I do know that you can feel pretty weird pretty fast after you accept the little swimming things into your 'in tune' body. Good luck!
