What I have always done is take my girls to the store and just let them pick out something! Sure you may have to guide them away from expensive things or whatever, but my husband loves the funny things he gets! He has receved mens mario pajamas becasue he plays video games with them, he has a batman figurine they thought he would love, they even found at Hobby Lobby this heavy metal guitar player thing because he is in a band. I love seeing them choose a gift and how excited they are when he gets it. Of ourse, he holds onto them and thinks its hilarious!!

Bake with her. It shows love and its fun for you both to do for daddy.

I love framed colorful handprints and get her to write her name on the picture! Also you can get a white T-shirt and do the handprints on that!

How sweet!

Do you have a painting pottery place near you? She could make him something for his desk at work. I have lots of that at my desk now :).

Baking is good - handprints are ALWAYS fun. Or she can go shopping with you to find him something from her :).

This reminded me of something. When we were really little my dad would take me and my younger sister to the store. He would tell us to pick him out a shaving cream for his X-mas present and he'd stand further down the aisle and not look. Then, he would buy it. I think we'd wrap them. We got a kick out of it.
I think a painted, cheap wooden frame would be nice.

Oh! Make for sure! Maybe some baking, or you could try and it up a craft store and look through the kids projects... Like a picture frame with a picture of them together in it? Or have her paint him a mug! c:

I can't wait for my little girl to be old enough for these projects, shes only 2 so right now shes going to just be getting her father (We're divorced), a humorous shirt that pertains to our situation.
