Mallow-Topped Sweet Potato Bake
30 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, divided
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
3 cans (15 oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place 6 of the marshmallows, butter, cinnamon and salt in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Place in large bowl of electric mixer.
ADD sweet potatoes; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into lightly greased 1-1/2-quart baking dish; top with remaining marshmallows.
BAKE 15 to 20 minutes or until sweet potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.
Whipped Sweet Potato Bake
3 cans (15 oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
24 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows (about 3 cups)
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat sweet potatoes, butter, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
SPOON into lightly greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish; top with the marshmallows.
BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until sweet potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.

2 cans (15 oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained
15 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows (about 2 cups)
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix butter, orange juice and cinnamon in lightly greased 1-qt. baking dish until well blended.
ADD sweet potatoes; mix lightly. Top with marshmallows.
BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until sweet potatoes are heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.
