We were able to get our now 4 month old son to sleep in his crib from the beginning by using these tips. The first thing is that the crib is so big and they are so small that they do feel lost, even when swaddled. So instead of putting him in the crib like you would for an older child (head and toes pointed to the smaller sides of the crib) we put him in sideways. Then we used the body pillow that I had used while pregnant and sectioned it so that he was only sleeping in about half of the crib (or less). Then we also swaddled him. Sometimes it can be as simple as putting a shirt of yours under them so that they still feel like they are in your arms. But if she is sleeping fine in the bouncy seat these probably aren't issues for her....but they are tricks to try. I would just try and get her to sleep, for now, small stretches in the crib and then let her sleep in the bouncy seat. I had one child who wouldn't sleep in their crib, but would sleep great in the swing. So we would slowly start putting them in the crib for stretches and less in the swing and finally they were sleeping in the crib at night rather than the swing. Good luck to you.
