Years ago after my first and only bee sting, I was told my a doctor to make a paste with meat tenderizer and water. The venom is mostly protein and the meat tenderizer breaks down the protein.
Good luck, hope they feel better soon.
My boys went outside today...they came back with multiple (almost a dozen each) wasp/hornet stings (not bee as there was no stinger left)...
I gave them each a Benedryl and made the baking soda with water that my mom used to make for me...to help with the stings...
Since there was more than one....they are still stinging...poor guys...no nausea...nothing to indicate that I need to make a trip to the Urgent Care...so what do you do for mulitple stings?
We called the Urgent Care...they stated that unless they were showing signs of reaction NOW....all they would do is watch them there so we chose to stay at home and monitor...
I don't have meat tenderizer - but I will after today!!!
Thanks about the vinegar..they didn't like the smell - but it helped a BUNCH!! I should have remembered that from sun burns and the stinging that you get there!! DAH!!

with that many bee stings i would still take them in to urgent care.....better be safe than sorry......i know if that was my child that's where i'd be
I would call urgent care or doctor just to be safe. Some kids are allergic but I guess after this long they would be showing signs of that. I feel bad for them. I only had one at a time and that was bad!!!
Ibuprofen for the inflammation and pain will help as well.
Rub some vinegar or lemon juice (something acidic) on the skin where they were stung.
The acid is suppose to help neutralize the venom,
Aloe can help and so can an ice pack (use a paper towel or wash cloth so it's not directly on the skin).
When I was 7 I kicked an old rotten log (I didn't know a wasp nest was in it) and a swarm came after me.
I was stung multiple times and had no allergic reaction, but it did take awhile for the stings to stop hurting.
If my kids had a dozen wasp stings, I'd call our family doctor.
I think what you did, and maybe some ice to take down the swelling.
