you need to take it to dry cleaner and have them take care of it - I would guess it will cost about $60
I have the rose gold Michael Kor's purse/bag that I have had for a couple of years now went to pick stuff up out of my closet floor it being one of the items and noticed stuff was wet and had a weird odor to it dawned on me I had chased our dog/puppy out of my room a couple times today which I do not allow in my room cause he seems to want to do his business in my room for some reason or another anyhow being I have had the purse for a couple of years I no longer have the little book that comes inside designer purses telling you how to hand clean it etc. Normally I would not be concerned about this type of thing cause it is a material item but being my husband got it for me as a gift and spent over a week looking for it because there were only a small amount of the rose gold MK bags made and put on shelves (not sure if it was a seasonal thing or what) but the fact he did put so much effort into finding this particular purse for me I do not want to ruin or just throw it out because of this so I am in desperate need of some help on how to clean it at home without ruining it I would just take it to an MK store or the dry cleaners but am afraid that will be pretty pricey and being we are a family of 12 I pretty sure I can not afford either of them so again I am in desperate need of any advice or suggestions on how to hand clean my bag. ( The outside is like a plastic raincoat feeling kinda material and cloth on the inside)

I would take it to a cleaner and have it professionally cleaned. Of course you can check out diy options on google.
In the future, I'd not leave it on the floor where it could get damaged.
I store my good handbags (and anything meaningful to me)in the protective bags that come with them UP on a shelf in my closet.
I would google how To clean it.
Otherwise, toss it.
Call your local MK store and ask for advice. In NYC we have businesses that specialize in cleaning purses, I'm not sure if you have anything like that near you. Biokleen spray might help but I am just not sure if it will be bad for the purse material.
Since the purse is so meaningful to you, it might be worth paying to have it cleaned well. And in the future maybe store it in a plastic container (places like The Container Store sell clear plastic boxes).
Never had that happen so can't offer personal advice. However a friend of mine is a vet. They sell products (sprays and such) that clean pet urine from upholstery, carpet, etc. We purchased some years ago for a mattress. Worked like a charm and was not damaging.
So if the options below don't work for you (personally, I would Google it or call MK) I would give that a try. From what I recall they sell a lot of it.
take it to the dry cleaners.
I will wash and have washed almost anything in the washing machine! Hand wash or delicate cycle, cold water, woolite-type detergent with a small towel thrown in to swish things around. Then hang to dry. That's what I would do. It may work, worth a try if you don't want to throw it out.
Go to the pet store. They carry a number of enzymatic cleaners formulated specifically to chemically break down urine.
Don't bother with dry cleaning. Dry cleaning fluid does not remove urine.
Since it's pvc not real leather I think I'd probably give it a good soak to get some of the smell out right now. After that you can use an enzyme cleaner which will break down the urine. I've tried a lot of different enzyme cleaners over the years of pet ownership and the one I'm currently using is Rocco & Roxie Professional Strength Stain & Odor Eliminator. You can get it on amazon. You spray it on and then leave it alone to work.
I had a wool rug that my dog peed on (no reason why). I cleaned it with regular carpet stuff and then sprayed on rocco and roxie saturating the rug. I left it to dry for a day. Still smelled so I did it a second time and left it for a couple day. When I remember to check it the smell was gone. I've used it on spots where the cat and dog have barfed and the smell has come out with 1 treatment.
The rocco and roxie is more expensive than the stuff you can get at the grocery store or pet store but seriously its the only one I've found that works 100% of the time. No affiliation with this company just singing the praises of something that actually works.
