Try BIZ!!! The liquid kind! My ped told me that Biz would get OLD stains out of clothes and breast milk. IT WORKS! It can go in right with the soap.
Hello! I have a he front loading Washing Machine. My problem is I want to use Oxyclean for my infant's clothes. However the tub of oxyclean says to add only in an compartment for oxyclean. It says if my washer doesn't have one, to add it in the drum before I add the clothes. My washer's manual says not to put anything in the drum. So my question is who uses oxyclean with their front loader? If so where do you put it? I recently began feeding baby food to my son & it's staining his clothes. I used oxyclean in a regular washer with my 1st son & I never had staining problems. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I don't know if this is right or not, but I just add it with the detergent.

I also have a front-loader. I add it with the detergent; and according to the directions on my bottle of liquid Oxy-clean (much less mess and work), it also suggests halving the amount for a front-loader to reduce extra sudsing. It works great. I also pre-treat and use the rinse cycle for the big messes (like an exploded diaper) and the liquid is a dream!
Hi K.,
I put it in the pre wash section. Only drawback is it adds time to the wash cycle.
Is there liquid oxyclean? Or a compartment for powder detergent? I would treat it just like powdered detergent. But I have a normal washer and don't really know. I do know oxyclean faded my darks a lot.
Hi K.,
I have a Whirlpool front loader and I have used OxyClean by adding it to the clothes inside the washer. Only the newer models have the "OxyClean compartment", it hasn't hurt a thing. I hope this helps.
I have that EXACT same question/problem!!! If you get an answer, would you mind emailing me? I can be reached at ____@____.com and my name is S.. By the way, I found a Dreft pen (for pre-treating stains just like a Tide pen) at Babies R Us. Works pretty well!!!
I add mine with the detergent.. Oxiclean also has a Stain Remover for laundry in a blue spray bottle. It is a little thicker and I pretreat all my kids clothes. It has gotten out everything including bacon grease... hope this helps
