Hey I'm looking for a double stroller i saw a couple times before i was pregnant but cant seem to find it now. It is a side by side stroller but one side cant turn so they can 9face each other.

Okay the best way to describe it is it looks like two sigle strollers attach side by side and one of the sides is able to turn so they can face each other. So it's the best of both worlds.

Saw it on a tv ad some years but that time I wasn't studying babies LOL.

What can I do next?

I personally detest the side-by-side strollers. they take up a LOT of space.

Why not try this one?

you can have them face each other and not take up so much space.

When I had twins I found it helpful to go to the store and try different strollers. I though I wanted side by side but ended up with a tandem. A lot of it depends on what you do during your day and the places you go and your lifestyle.

I found the side by sides to be really too wide. Since I used the stroller mostly for shopping and going places were space could be tight it wouldn't have worked out for me. Also I had 2 kids that I needed to keep track in addition to the twins so they could hold onto the side of the tandem and we could all fit through a doorway.

Don't get sold on what you think you may want without trying things out first. Make sure it handles well, you are able to turn it, that the brakes are easy to operate, and that you have enough storage to haul around everything you need for twins.

Google images - hopefully you'll find it :)

I had a tandem one (one kid behind other) and also a side by side.

I would go test out and find the most compact one you can. My problem with both ours was maneuverability. The side-by-side was pretty wide - too wide to fit through some doors so I often had to leave it out in hallways at doctor's offices, etc. My tandem one was really long, but they are now so much more compact. Some strollers easily accept car seats - others not as easy - or you have to have that specific brand.

I hope you find the one you are looking for. That said, I have used both a side by side and a front to back and I HATED the side by side, it was simply too wide, it took up the entire sidewalk, assuming the walk way was wide enough at all, and often barely fit through doors or isles, and was completely useless in stores since I could not fit past the other shoppers.

I spent more time looking for a double stroller than I did my Honda. I ended up with Britax double. I absolutely love love love it. Handles extremely well, good storage underneath and easy fold. Girls love it. Highly recommend it. I ama grandmother who babysits everyday. I have no trouble putting it in and out of car.

I had a side by side and hated it. I couldn't use it anywhere but outside. And other people had to move out of my way. Even off the sidewalk and into mud.

I got a tandem and loved it. Ours weren't twins so we put the older one in the back seat and the little one in the front. When another grandbaby came along with put the carrier in the back and the middle child in the front and the older one walked or got pushed in the shopping cart.

We kept this one in use until we couldn't fit the kids anymore. Even when they were in elementary school that older one could sit in the back and rest.
