I wouldnt try a "quick fix" supplement. Execise and healthy eating is truely the best thing for you and your body.
Hi Everyone, I am still holding onto about 40lbs of baby weight and am considering using Heathe Trim herbal supplements. I was wondering if you know anyone who has used it and what they thought of it. Does it work?
Thanks for your input.

I would be very leary of any weight loss pills/drinks/etc. They may seem safe now but years later the research will show how dangerous they were. Just not the best way to lose weight and for long term. Do it the good old fashioned way, count your calories and exercise. Consume less than you burn. Use sparkpeople.com to get you through, it's free or I would join weightwatchers, I have lots of friends who lost weight with them. Good luck!
I'm curious to see what other responses you get. I admit I've been tempted to try it as well, I'm still holding on to my last 10 lbs of baby weight. I've not done any research on it because my baby is only 4 months old and I'm still nursing, so I don't know if it's even safe during nursing (probably won't chance it) and I am still SLOWLY dropping some pounds. But I've wondered about it, so I'd like to hear from someone who actually has used it or researched it.
I don't have any personal experience with this product. I can tell you that to be successful in weight loss you need to make life style changes. One of the best things you can do is keep a food journal. I can help you figure out how many calories a day you should be consuming a day to lose weight. Calories in/Calories out. Are you doing any type of exercise? There is not a quick fix to weight loss and if it comes off too fast then chances are it won't stay off...average 2 lbs a day. I am an online fitness trainer and I would love to help you reach your goal weight. You can get a free account at www.beachbodycoach.com/fithome where you can track your goals, enter your workouts into WOWY for a chance to win prizes and more.
If you look at the clinical study that proves the effectiveness of the product, you will notice that the average weight loss is only 2.43 pounds in 30 days. Not a lot of success if you ask me. I have found the B-Slim program to be the answer. It is 5 all natural products that target five different factors of weight loss and provides all of the nutrition you need for continued health. I have friends who have lost 18 pounds, 14 pounds and 22 pounds in one month, plus another friend who has lost over 60 pounds in a little over three months!

Have You tried Weight Watchers? I'm currently doing it and started Jan.30 and have lost 22lbs. You can lose weight so easy with it...especially with exercise. It isn't a diet that you feel hungry, you can eat real food and it seriously has been the easiest thing ever! My girlfriend started 3 weeks before me and she's lost 45 lbs! I'm just really scared of diet pills and supplements for weight loss because no one ever knows the effects they will have on you in the long run. good luck I say try Weight Watchers it's such great program!!! Good luck in whatever you decide!
