Well, I am getting my done next week! Good luck to you and me!
In one month im having the essure procedure done and ive read up on it but im curious to hear personal experiences with it?
did it hurt during and after?
did everything go correctly?
IM definitely sure I want it done, I'm 30 with 3 kids. I don't want my own soccer team :0)
Well, I am getting my done next week! Good luck to you and me!
My girlfriend had the essure procedure done THREE years ago (and her hubby a vasectomy...no joke) and she is 24 weeks preggo with her third girl right now. I've not researched it myself, but I would guess she's thinking things did NOT go correctly!
My BFF had it done and was totally happy with it.
She went in to the docs office, had it done, went out to eat sushi with her hubby, did some shopping, came home and laid down, took some ibuprofen, went to work the next day, etc...it was very simple and she did very well with it.
They went back a few weeks later and the doc shot the dye in and there was not leakage. That makes me feel better about this procedure, it is testable.
I'm thinking about it myself.
My boss and I had a long discussion about it. She is extrememly pleased and has told many of her friends to do it, the ones that have had no issues. She had to miss a day of work because she had to actually be put OUT w anesthesia since her uterus is tilted, but she had NO issues after.
Good luck, let us know how it goes for you
LOVED it. I came home and "milked" it for the rest of the afternoon after my husband picked me up. I felt fine and was good as new the next day. Baby free three years later.
This gets asked ALL the time. Do a search and I bet at least ten more of the same question will pop up if you want more feedback. :)
Done it. No pain and no regrets and no stress about accidents. If you are truly sure you don't want any more children because there is no turning back. It is done. Good Luck!
I have hears about it, but i had tubal ligation after my third child and all my babies were c-section kiddos, so the tubal was easy to do. With that said, had my babies been natural births, i dont think i would have done tubal, i might actually consider looking into this procedure since you dont have to cut through the abdomen walls....
