Considering the website pissedconsumer had over 700 negative complaints, I think I'd skip it. Look for a local consignment shop or even a rental place.

I'm looking for a flower girl dress and I stumbled upon this site. I'm wondering if they are legit.

You don't need to ask us, ask their past customers:

Not sure what you mean by "legit". If you want a cheap product, shipped on a slow boat from China with non existent customer service looks like this is your place.
I haven't, but it occurs to me that flower girl dresses, like confirmation dresses, are the sort of things that people spend a fair amount on and then wear once. We have a lot of children's resale shops and consignment stores around us - you might google those in your area (include "used clothing" in your search too) - you might find some lovely things at a fraction of the price.
Do you know of any seamstresses in your local area that might you a dress for your daughter? That is another way to go and get what you want.
Try a quilt shop, a local cleaners for references.
Good luck to you.

We ordered a flower girl dress from Light in the Box. It was beautiful and fit perfectly. It was a custom, made to measure order. We had no issues at all.
I wouldn't order from them. My daughter was a flower girl last year and we got her dress from David's Bridal off of the discontinued rack. It was discounted so it wasn't that expensive. My cousin got her daughters flower girl dress from Sears. It was really nice and she paid less than I did. I didn't think about Sears when we were shopping for dresses. Good luck!!
Based on what I just looked at, I would definitely not order from them. There are so many places to get flower girl dresses.
There are so many online stores that sell inexpensive dresses suitable for flower girl or confirmation or formal dances or pageants or more. They will have good customer reviews.
I think you have your answer based on the posts below, but I wondered before I read those posts if you had checked Better Business Bureau on them.
I have looked at quite a few of those websites. The plus side, obviously, is cheaper prices and you can get about anything you want, in any size. The downside is you're taking a risk. I have not used them, but I've thought about it. I figured if I took the time to have a professional tailor take my measurements, and go by the website's recommendations, and be prepared to have to tailor it a bit more when it comes, then it might be worth it. But I haven't been brave enough to do it yet (plus we haven't set a date yet so no rush). Dunno. I'm a plus size bride so it's not as easy as traipsing down to David's Bridal and having thirty dresses to choose from. So you just have to be smart about it. And of course, order it plenty ahead of time. My thing like someone else mentioned - you're wearing a dress one time. It really irks me to think about spending $2000 on a dress to wear ONE TIME. I'd rather spend that money on other things.
Yes, I ordered a cake topper for my daughter's wedding AprIl '14. It was beautiful, and came very quickly. No problems.
