Do you have some Gojo? That should do it.
Last night at work I cleaned the outside/ backs of the grills and fryers. 3 hours later I was done. I used Dawn dish soap to get all of the grease off of my hands the best I could. When I got home I used Goop to try to get the rest of it off. Well now my hands still have black in all of the lines of my hands and on the calluses. I had to cut my nails all the way down to get the black out from them.
Is there anything else I can use to try to get my hands clean and actually look clean? Tonight I get to bar tend and cook and I would rather not have people see my hands looking this way! Even though they are clean of germs... they definatly don't look clean! They look more like my Pops hands use to all the time being a mechanic!

Take the dishes out of the dishwasher, fill up your sink with the hottest water you can stand, and wash them all by hand. By the time they're washed your hands should be clean. :o)
I think I would take a long hot bath or do a job that requires your hands be in hot, soapy water for an extended time (like dishwashing) sometimes just softening up your hands so the lines plump up & get the stuff up will help.
Gojo and Lava.. that always helps. Soaking hands in hot water with a little lemon juice and dishwashing soap, like Palmolive... then if they are very dry afterwards Mineral oil. My dad was a mechanic and he used WD-40 and swore by it, also Power Orange. I dont think that probably is a great product for women cause he always smelled like it but it did work especially right before having to go to church or some place "fancy"
