I'm looking for some easy recipes, maybe a dip or simple platter to bring to a Halloween party. There will be kids and adults.

What can I do next?

this may be a bit more than you want to do, but i have seen really cute "eyeball" sandwiches made from already made meatballs, sauce from a jar, and little sub sandwich buns. two meatballs in each sandwich with olives for pupils!! also "bugs" made out of rice krispy treats with licorice (the really thin stuff) for legs and antena and raisins for eyes. you could probably get a lot more ideas by googling halloween finger foods. good luck!!

Hi Lisa,

With cold and flu season in its beginning stages along with kids attending the festivities I wouldn't advise finger foods, unless you are planning to individually wrap the items and have a separate table for adults and kids.

I've found toothpicks, cupcake wrappers, mini paper pie plates (Smart N Final) work well when entertaining large groups. I was at the Dollar Store recently and found some small and cheap trick or treat buckets I'll be using for individual snacks.

Have a successful party.
Cheers

It's not a fingerfood but if you made this "Kitty Litter Cake" you'd be a hit at your party. You have to see the picture of this cake! Go to: Fabulousfoods.com and look up Kitty Litter Cake.
The kids and adults will get a kick out of it! Have fun and good luck!

Delicious! Take graham crackers drizzle with carmel all over until it bubbles(bake in oven), push in chocolate chips bake again), then push in mini marshmallows

Chex mix is always a good munchie and for a healthy choice a vegetable platter with ranch dressing.

Go to Marthstewart.com She has bunches of fingerfood recipes. One year I made "Mummy Dogs," Hot Dogs wrapped in crescent rolls. They were a hit. Enjoy your party and try not to worry about Cold and Flu season.
